sukacuci Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between sukacuci ("Platform", "we", "company") and the user ("You", "Member", "User") in connection with the use of all services provided under the sukacuci website, including online casino games, slots, sports betting, Teen Patti, virtual sports and all related services.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the sukacuci platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are considered part of this document.

This Agreement is governed by the international licensing under which sukacuci operates. Any conflict between language versions will refer to the interpretation that most accurately reflects the original intent of this document.

Registration and use of sukacuci is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party
• Have not previously been banned or suspended by sukacuci

sukacuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at sukacuci. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information for the purpose of fraud or obtaining additional bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. sukacuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

• Do not share your password with any other party
• Log out after every session, especially on shared devices
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• Update your account information promptly if any changes occur

sukacuci uses SSL encryption technology to protect all user information and financial transactions on this platform.

sukacuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed

sukacuci reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to launder money through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

sukacuci offers various promotions including a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit of up to RM1,000. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be met before any bonus-related withdrawals can be processed.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,200 → wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

Users are prohibited from abusing or exploiting promotions through means such as: splitting deposits to maximise bonuses unfairly, using multiple accounts, or placing opposing bets on the same game. sukacuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related withdrawals if abuse is found to have occurred.

All games at sukacuci use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure full fairness and randomness in every game round. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the sukacuci platform:

• Use of automated software, bots or tools that provide an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an advantage
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform
• Threats, harassment or abusive behaviour towards staff or other players

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and a report to the relevant authorities.

sukacuci provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability. sukacuci is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users in connection with the use of this platform.

The platform is not responsible for losses arising from: internet disruptions on the user's end, user device failures, third-party service disruptions including payment providers, or inaccurate information provided by the user themselves.

By using sukacuci, users acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the decision to place bets is entirely at the user's own judgment and personal risk.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the sukacuci customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all verification requirements have been met.

sukacuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if:

• A breach of these terms and conditions has occurred
• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected
• Instructions have been received from the relevant authorities
• The user is found to have provided false information during registration
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the user due to problem gambling

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance may be held temporarily until the investigation is concluded. sukacuci will inform the user of the outcome via their registered email.

sukacuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. However, sukacuci will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before any significant amendments take effect.

Notifications regarding amendments to the terms will be communicated through one or more of the following channels: an in-platform notice, an email to the registered address, or an announcement on the sukacuci website. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms.

If a user does not agree with the amendments made, the user has the right to close their account before those amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after the amendment effective date is considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

Any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with the use of sukacuci shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the user and sukacuci. Users are encouraged to contact our customer support team, available 24/7 in Bahasa Melayu and English.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the international licensing authority under which sukacuci operates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sukacuci holds its international licence. Any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
